Perugia Studio Apartment - Historic Center, Breathtaking View

A bright studio apartment that comfortably accommodates two people in its 42 square metres. Located on the top floor, it boasts a beautiful view of the Umbrian countryside and the historic centre, all the way to the bell tower of San Pietro. It is situated in a quiet residential area, a short distance from the San Giuliana Stadium and just a few steps from Sant’Anna Park for outdoor activities. The centre of Perugia is about a 20-minute walk away or accessible by public transportation. Condominium parking is available (NOT guaranteed).



The studio apartment is located on the seventh and top floor of a building with a night watchman and two elevators, and is laid out as follows:



- KITCHENETTE equipped with an electric stovetop, mini-fridge with a small freezer compartment, moka pot, electric kettle, toaster, and conventional oven

- LIVING AREA with a dining table, desk, and sofa

- SLEEPING AREA with a double bed and a closet

- BATHROOM I with a sink, toilet, and bidet

- BATHROOM II with a sink and shower stall.



NO A/C and NO TV.



PLEASE NOTE: There is a security camera in the building’s hallway for security purposes.



Keys must be picked up at the bar located on the first floor of the building by 8:00 PM.



Additional amenities available to guests: central heating via vents, fan, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens are included (with optional changes available for a fee).



Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

ESummer: The average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
