The apartment consists of 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 large walk-in closet, 1 refined bathroom, 1 fully equipped kitchen and 1 charming living room. Located in the best location in the Historic Center, a few steps from Corso Vannucci. The house is fully furnished with fine items. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, independent from the living room, which provides excellent privacy from the rest of the family or friends. Inside the room there is a prestigious and spacious, finely lit walk-in closet, accessible from both sides of the bed via two very convenient pocket doors. In which you will find a professional upright iron. On both bedside tables are mini-hubs with 2 ultra-fast USB ports and 3 power outlets, as well as 2 abat-joures with soft-touch ignition. A comfortable vintage-style houndstooth armchair closes the decor. The single bedroom offers a private work space and a single Large bed with an open closet. The living room, which is the heart of the apartment is a real treat. Very bright and elegant. There is an elegant round tempered glass table with solid wood supports, upholstered and swivel designer chairs. In the living room, we also find a large 3-seater sofa to enjoy a relaxing evening thanks to a 50'' Samsung Smart Tv with Prime Video, Netflix, Youtube etc... that when fully opened acts as a sofa-bed of the size of a square and a half. The measurements of the sofa bed are: Width: 268 cm Depth: 162 cm Height: 100 cm Maximum depth: 162 cm Seat width: 225 cm Seat depth: 58 cm Seat height: 45 cm Bed width: 108 cm Bed length: 225 cm For the times of the year with the hottest temperatures in the living room you will also find the portable air conditioner "Pinguino - De'Longhi" with 3 functions: ventilation, humidification and cooling, which allows the hot air to escape outside through a tube placed on the window. There is 1 spacious bathroom, very bright. Equipped with a very spacious shower cubicle with a large rainfall shower head, sanitary ware and courtesy kit with Shampoo and Bubble Bath in addition to a hair dryer. Equipped with custom-made compartment for your personal belongings. In addition to the Welcome Kit, you will find towels of various sizes, blankets, pillows, sheets and comforters available. Everything you need to make your stay perfect. There is a separate, windowed, finely lit kitchen equipped with oven, various cooking utensils, dishwasher, espresso machine, American coffee maker, Kettle and Fridge. Dividing the living area from the kitchen is a comfortable wooden peninsula where you can enjoy a great cup of coffee. It was all that we had hoped it would be. Once we were in Perugia we realized just what a wonderful location we had chosen which made all the difference in our experience. We were just a very short walk to Corso Vannucci where there always seemed to be something happening. Just walking up and down the street and taking in the liveliness of it all was wonderful. We had no shortage of lovely restaurants to chose from all within walking distance.From the apartment is was easy to access the escalators to the bus station as well as those for the Mini Metro to the train station. From there we were able to do day trips to Assisi, Spello, Spoleto and Gubbio.As for the apartment itself we found it met all of our needs. It was clean, modern and well thought out. We had ample storage room for clothes and belongings. The air conditioning worked well, and, combined with the bedroom fan, kept us comfortable despite some quite warm days. Other amenities like the dishwasher and washing machine also added to the comfort of our stay. Of importance to us was that we felt safe at all times, even when returning late in the evening. The Ring door access worked great.All communication with Martina, right from the beginning and throughout our stay was excellent. We felt that, if we were to have any issues, she would respond quickly to resolve them.We would not hesitate to stay again if we were to ##### LORI G. The apartment is clean, beautifully designed, and comfortable. The location was perfect for experiencing the center and walking to work at the Università per Stranieri.
