The private sun-drenched balcony gives guests a direct view of the tranquil waters of Shoalwater Bay and is the perfect spot for morning coffees and evening drinks. Enjoy endless sunsets, watch the weather come in or sit and watch the world go by, you are sure to relax and unwind.  
This Spanish inspired home offers guests 2 large comfortable bedrooms with 1 King bed and 1 Queen bed, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, living room with wall mounted TV, bathroom, laundry facilities, and downstairs entertaining area with board games and pool table, complimentary WIFI and onsite parking.  
If you love the great outdoors Ardgreian is perfectly located opposite parkland, bike and walking trails and a short 5 minute drive to the Rockingham Foreshore.
