You will have access to the entire property during your stay. Please note there is no access to the garage but there is plenty of parking space on the driveway. We are available to answer any questions via our Guest App or over the phone during your stay. If there is something that requires attention during your stay, we will be able to attend within approximately 30 minutes. Whatever your interests, Soldiers Cove Luxury Retreat offers the perfect base for exploring the best of Mandurah. DOGS & PETS We’re happy to welcome your pet, but this must be approved in advance. A separate non-refundable fee of $115 per pet applies and is payable through our guest portal. Pets are preferred to stay outside. If they are inside, pets must be kept off all furniture and beds, and are not permitted upstairs due to the hardwood floors. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system. By booking with us you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in our Rental Policy and agree to follow our HOUSE RULES: \- No pets unless approved by the property manager and the $115 pet fee has been paid.
