The upstairs open-plan living area is the heart of the home, filled with natural light, leafy views, and a welcoming atmosphere. Here, you’ll find the lounge with Smart TV and the fully equipped kitchen, all flowing seamlessly out to the balcony, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or the sounds of nature. Downstairs includes the three bedrooms, two bathrooms and provides access to the secure yard, where pets can safely enjoy the outdoors. Bedroom 1: Queen bed + ensuite Bedroom 2: Queen bed Bedroom 3: Single bunk bed + 2 extra single mattresses (suitable for children only) Please note: Because this is a two-storey property, it may not be suitable for guests who cannot manage stairs. Greenfields is a peaceful suburb offering a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere, and a calm community feel. Discover the beauty of Lake Goegrup Nature Reserve which is within walking distance, making it a favourite for walkers, birdwatchers and nature lovers alike. Just a short drive away, Mandurah offers plenty to explore, from its beautiful beaches and iconic waterways to scenic walking trails along the estuary. Spend your days dolphin spotting, enjoying the Mandurah Foreshore’s restaurants and cafés, visiting local parks and markets, or taking a leisurely cruise through the canals. It’s the perfect base to experience both tranquillity and the best of Mandurah’s coastal lifestyle. A car is recommended to make the most of your stay, but a bus stop is just a short couple of minutes walk away. From there, you can catch the bus to Mandurah Station, a major train and bus hub, and connect to regional transport or local routes to beaches, the foreshore, shops, and more. You’ll have access to our AI Virtual Host 24/7 throughout your stay. We’re also available to assist with any questions via the messaging system on the platform you booked through. We’re happy to welcome your pet, but this must be approved in advance. A separate non-refundable fee of $115 per pet applies and is payable through our guest portal. Pets are preferred to stay outside. If they are inside, they must be kept off all furniture and beds. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to fill out our check-in form where you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
