🌳 Mueller Park is directly across the road, giving you a beautiful green space right on your doorstep. The park features open lawns, shaded pathways, a playground and picnic facilities – perfect for a morning walk, relaxing outdoors or simply enjoying some green space.
🚆 West Leederville Train Station is only a few minutes' walk away, making it easy to travel into central Perth and connect with the wider Transperth network. Subiaco is also served by the Fremantle train line, providing convenient connections towards Perth and Fremantle.
☕ Subiaco’s café, restaurant and shopping precinct is close by. Head towards Rokeby Road and Hay Street for coffee, breakfast, restaurants, bars, independent shops and local boutiques. The area is also home to the historic Regal Theatre and has a strong arts and entertainment scene.

You will have access to the entire apartment, a fully equipped kitchen, living area and balcony for your stay. The master bedroom has a queen bed. Wifi through out, see your check in instructions. Keys are at the door in a handy lock box. Access to the parking requires you park on Subiaco Rd beside Meuller park on the street and head to the apartment mailboxes to collect the keys and FOB to access the parking area. There is an onsite complex laundry paid machines (we have supplied laundry soap). See your check in instructions for the laundry area code.

This apartment is located within a gated complex. There is ample parking for any size vehicle and you can park anywhere once you have passed through the gate.

Only 3 minute walk from the West Leederville train station. Only approximately a 15 minute walk from the FREE TRANSPERTH TRANSIT AREA Yellow CAT line, Transperth on the web for more details. Also Transperth is FREE on Sundays to anywhere.

This apartment stay, suitable for up to 2 guests. This is a lovely family complex. Quiet times are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. for everyone's peace and enjoyment. This is a non smoking / vaping and no pets of any kind are allowed in the apartme
