This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home sleeps 6 and is just perfect for your Mandurah holiday. Reverse cycle aircon in family / dining area & bedrooms. Two bedrooms have queen beds both with built in robes and ceiling fans while third bedroom has trundle beds in single size, plus desk for laptop. There is a Porta cot with linen that can be set up, plus high chair and stroller if needed. Included in your booking is free WIFI, quality bed linen, pillows, doonas, electric blankets, towels and beach towels. Kitchen has dishwasher, plenty of appliances and a small supply of pantry staples to get your started. Living area has reverse cycle air con plus ceiling fan for your comfort. Large screen Smart TV, Netflix and Prime Video (included) DVD player & some dvd’s, books and board games for your enjoyment. Small patio area has gas BBQ, shade sails and outdoor setting. Undercover garage with access to inside has room for two cars. Plus the bus stop is very close by which takes you to Mandurah Train station or the Mandurah foreshore which has a great playground for kids. Meadow Springs Golf & Country Club is just a two minute walk or head to San Remo Beach to relax - a four minute drive for safe swimming at the Mandurah Surf Life Saving local beach. A short walk to Meadow Springs Shopping Centre has all you need during your stay - Coles, Liquorland, Harris Scarfe, Chemist, Newsagent, Hairdresser & barber, Butcher, Bread shop, Petrol Station, Medical centre and a variety of take away foods to choose from including pizza, fish & chips, burgers, and chicken. Lakeland’s Shopping centre is a 6 minute drive north also having plenty of specialty shops, while Mandurah Forum is a similar distance and is Mandurah’s major shopping outlet.
