Mindarie Marina, like most working harbours, always has something to watch, whether its the boats coming and going or the wildlife. There is a sense of peace and timelessness as you stroll along the coast or the marina, although just a stroll away you’ll find a buzzing atmosphere at the pub, cafes and all the amenities you’d expect at the Marina. Mindarie itself is a lively upmarket suburb with all the shops in you’d expect to find in any self-respecting shopping centre. You could walk to the shops but when its hot there is ample parking wherever you go. Perth is a short 30 min drive, or relax and Park n Ride the train from Clarkson station. Trains depart every 10-15 mins. Car: We have one dedicated secure parking for you. Bus: Stops are about 5-10 min walk and will take you around Mindarie area and to Clarkson station. Train: The Perth-Joondalup line has fast trains into Perth every 10-15 mins. \~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ BEFORE YOU BOOK \~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Our check-in time is 3 pm on your day of arrival and check-out time is 10am on your day of departure. Location was good, house was clean, bed was comfy. Only downside is that the BBQ didn't work which was disappointing as we wanted to use it for NYE. Also would have been a nice gesture to have a small welcome gift upon arrival like other places we have stayed at. Overall good experience and would recommend. ##### Maja B.
