  • #3- Fully stocked kitchen. Sliding glass door to outside deck that has a table and chairs. Outdoor grill on deck. Fire pit, firewood available at stand on road. Quiet setting. Silver Lake within walking distance via the public beach that has kayak docks to use (kayaks not provided). Letchworth State Park just minutes away. Towels NOT provided. Added fee of $20 per night for pet. Over 2 adults will have a $20 per night charge. Loft area with two twin sized foam mattresses that kids will love. Parking for 1 car. Code for the keyless entry will be sent via email 1-2 days prior to your arrival.

This is one of the cleanest properties I have ever visited. Also, very comfortable and relaxing. Having a full-size refrigerator and a kitchen with adequate counter space was wonderful. It was only a short walk to beautiful Silver Lake. And it was only a short drive to Letchworth State Park. The host was super responsive and we had everything we needed.

Maria was wonderful, I had a very late check-in and she was so accommodating, at the last minute I realized I did not get the code for the door and she immediately responded to me at 10:30 PM. It made for a very smooth check-in for me and my furry friend.

Place is goodabout the expectation. Price at begining of booking was good ..later ..a lot of surcharges....and the way is set up..we ended..going to wallmart and spend 60 more for bedsheats....because ..we missed on your website some fineprint...warning the customer to get his own bedding....so with the final price we could stay in Microtell next village and not worries about it. Hosts were Good

The house was exactly what we were looking for for our trip to Letchworth.No problems with the reservations or any other issues.Place was clean,big enough and definitely felt like we were in a safe area.Would definitely recommend or stay here again

The rv is in a great location. We enjoyed our visit to Perry! Great little area to visit unique restaurants and shops. The camping neighborhood is peaceful and the people are friendly. The lake is beautiful.

So cute

Husband and I were in town for the car show. We used to have a place nearby for the summer but had to sell it. This place was just perfect for our needs. We are already planning a longer stay for next year and hope to stay here again.

We were due to arrive on Wednesday. Tuesday midday I reached out to the host for check in information since we hadn’t heard anything. She did respond quickly with the code.The unit does not include towels or hairdryer. We were not going directly home. So had wet towels to deal with.The unit was good for our purposes.

Overall, was very nice!

Excellent place to stay, clean & comfortable! Very close proximity to the neighbors though, even though this didn’t cause any problems, we didn’t expect it to be so close. Owner was super nice! Kind & accommodating when we had forgotten something!! She was great to work with!

It was just what we wanted -- a place near Letchworth Park that was dog-friendly. Its in a quiet neighborhood that's a short dog-walk to a beautiful lake. You need to bring linens and towels. The kitchen has plates and utensils but no food, spices, coffee, sugar, etc. I wish the notes posted in the home were on the listing, especially the "small hot water tank, take a short shower". None of these minor gripes would have stopped us from renting this place, but it's good to know up front. Overall a very nice stay -- if we go back to Letchworth (beautiful!) we'd book here again.
