  • Our new construction 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment is perfectly located for your stay in Perry. Located less than one mile from Interstate 75, the apartment is two blocks to downtown and two miles to the Georgia National Fairgrounds & Agriculture Center.

    The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two full beds to comfortably accommodate up to six people. The apartment has all new furnishings and is fully stocked for your stay.

    The entire apartment is yours to enjoy along with a small outdoor space. At over 900 square feet you’ll have plenty of room to stay a couple of days or a couple of weeks. Our apartment is fully stocked with the essentials you will need on your stay in beautiful Perry. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood next to downtown. The City's Andrew Heights Park is just across the street to enjoy.

    A few special touches include:
    * a full size washer and dryer
    * fast Wifi internet
    * a coffee bar with complimentary K-cups
    * central air conditioning

    As you enter, you walk into a spacious open concept living/dining/kitchen area full of natural light with new furniture to relax on.

    Our fully stocked kitchen provides everything you need for wonderful meal times and includes a full-sized refrigerator, oven, stove, and microwave. Wake up in the morning and enjoy a cup of coffee with an amazing coffee bar with Keurig, drip coffee maker and complimentary K-pods. The dining table seats up to 4 adults and there are two bar stools for additional seating at the bar.

    Living Area
    A spacious sunlit living area is anchored by a comfortable sectional sofa. Relax and watch a movie on the Roku SmartTV (log in to your own streaming service is required). Wi-Fi internet is provided.

    Bedrooms
    The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom is outfitted with two full-sized sized beds with highly-rated memory foam mattresses. Full closets and dressers are provided for your use along with a suitcase stand in each bedroom.

    The bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

    Laundry Area
    A full washer and dryer are located in the kitchen.

This rental was spotless, the kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed, and it was so close to the cute town center and the fairgrounds. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place in Perry.

This apartment was a great place to stay for our family while we were in town for an event at the fairgrounds. It was close, quiet and had all of the amenities that we needed.

Amazing

The place was amazing. Very clean and well decorated. The neighbors are very nice and there is a cute little park across the street. We were there due to hurricane and the owner was very understanding and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again when im in the area.

Perfect Location for GNFA

The home was located close to GNFA, was super clean, easy key access, and the beds were super comfortable! Even had shampoo and such in bathroom! Highly recommend!

Not as close to downtown as I expected. My elderly husband could not walk there. The apartment itself was very nice.
