Très agréable maison neuve, très lumineuse et soignée de 2 à 6 personnes : (3 chambres double : literie neuve de qualité). La maison et son jardin de 400 m2 est exposée plein Sud. Votre location contemporaine se trouve dans une impasse privée très calme : Pas de bruit, idéale pour les enfants et également pour se détendre et se reposer dans le jardin, au calme pour jouer avec les enfants. Vous serez charmé par ses 95 m2 décorés contemporain. La salle d'eau est très spacieuse et très lumineuse : Vue mer à l'étage, vous avez également 2 WC : un au RDC et un à l'étage. Accès WIFI / Internet gratuit haut débit dans toute la location. Votre gite se situe tout proche des fameux rochers roses de Ploumanac'h (village préféré des Français en 2015), de son sentier des douaniers et de la plage principale de Perros-Guirec . Le guide : Christophe sera là pour vous conseiller : restaurants, commerces, activités, balades et autres... Voir les commentaires ! Accueil de qualité avec ses produits de la région (gâteaux breton, cidre Bio, des œufs de la ferme de ma voisine BIO : sur demande), vous allez adorer... La Maison Hémery à 500m de la location. Pâtisseries Bretonnes faites sur place devant vous. Venez et présentez de vous en disant que votre passez vos vacances dans ma location. L'Atelier Fermier à 400m de la location vous propose tous les les produits de la région et surtout les légumes et fruits de la saison (pas chers et frais) .Directement du producteur au consommateur. Dépôt de pain Bio ou naturel, toute la semaine : 7j/7j. Je suis natif de Perros Guirec, un bon Perrosien depuis 6 générations, comme on me le dit souvent, Christophe est très accueillant et connait très bien la côte de granit rose ! Au plaisir de vous recevoir au cœur de la citée de la côte de la granit rose. Charges : électricité et eaux (basés sur le relevé des compteurs) Options : \- Ménage : 70,00€ : IMPORTANT : Si vous ne laissez pas la location dans l'état quand vous êtes arrivé, si cela n'est pas le cas, les 70,00€ de ménage vous seront déduit de la caution : Car la location sera très propre lors de votre arrivée. \- Linge de maison : 20,00€ / personne (pour les lits, serviettes de bain et toilette, gants de toilette et torchons). \- Animal : 35,00€ la semaine par animal. Pour une première en Bretagne et à Perros-Guirec nous n'avons aucun regret sur notre choix de location où Christophe nous a accueilli avec sympathie et professionnalisme nous donnant les quelques petits conseils forts appréciables qui ont fait que notre séjour fut des plus réussi malgré une météo parfois un peu capricieuse. Sauberkeit, Einrichtung, Raumeinteilung des Hauses, Lage, alles perfekt. Der Eigentümer Christoph ist sehr angenehm und hilfsbereit. Für uns war es sehr wichtig, dass wir den schönen Strand und die Promenade ohne PKW in 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen konnten ( Straße etwas abschüssig). Sehr nette Begrüßung von Christophe. der uns sofort Tipps und seine Kontaktdaten im Falle von Fragen gab. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig zurückversetzt an einer kleinen Strasse. Die Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Fußläufig 15 Minuten runter ans Meer und die Promenade. Zentrale Lage für Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung, wobei für mich die Natur/Landschaft die Hauptattraktion ist. Besonders empfehlen kann ich eine Wanderung (GR34) entlang der Küste mit fantastischem Ausblick aufs Meer und die schroffen Gesteinsformationen! Start: Parken auf dem öffentlichen kostenlosen Parkplatz (Parking du Sémaphore - Sentier des Douaniers). Die Wanderung ist sehr gut ausgeschildert; hin und zurück etwa 3h. ##### Frank T.
