Excellent customer service! Rooms are not quite like the pictures and anything that touches water ie toilet, shower, hot tub all smelled. Had to run the tub once to get all the nasty smell out and smell came fronts

Great stay Visited for the rugby State Brutus is just a short walk away. Only disappointment the local bus stops at 9 30pm so walk into central Perpignan is 2km Staff were very friendly and helpful Breakfast in the courtyard was a great experience

After you can find ypur way in it is very pleasant indeed. They have a ni.ber of drinks options in the room. Typically French and the young staff on reception were outstandingly pleasant and helpeful, once you find the door and so on.

It's a good property and my apartment was very good. It had everything I needed. A big problem though was access to the apartment 12 - it was via very steep stairs which were more like a step ladder. Negotiating the stairs with a suitcase was very difficult and may I say...dangerous. I was also disappointed with the weak strength of the wi-fi. It kept cutting out and the work I had intended to do was impossible. So apartment 12 is great for a young mobile person who doesn't need good wi-fi. The staff are superb the breakfast excellent . The terrace is an outstanding feature and a real sun trap. A bus stop for Ligne 6 to the airport is just outside the property. So very good for the right person.

Our stay at Appart Hotel Spa Perpignan was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS. Our room was spacious, clean and well-equipped, and even had an awesome large-screen projection TV with “idiot-proof” operating instructions (thanks for that y’all). The buildings and grounds were lovely and peaceful. Marina and Esteban were kind and gracious hosts, and made us feel right at home. They were quick to offer local advice and gave us some excellent tips on places to visit during our stay (the old city is amazing, and DO NOT MISS Coulliere). On top of all that, the price was a BARGAIN. We’ll definitely be back!

We stayed here specifically for the Catalan Dragons rugby, and the location couldn't have been better for that. The hotel itself exceeded expectations — wonderful service throughout, a good breakfast, and the hosts genuinely couldn't have been more accommodating. We deliberately booked a small room without a spa, and it was ideal for our needs — a great balcony, and the air conditioning worked perfectly even during a heatwave where temperatures exceeded 42°C. The immediate surroundings aren't the hotel's strong point — it's a fairly run-down area with no bars or restaurants within walking distance, though there are a few small shops nearby for drinks and snacks to stock the room fridge cheaply. If you're staying multiple days, I'd recommend having a car. That said, getting into town via the 'A' bus is easy — one runs every 10-15 minutes and it's only €1.50 per person. Overall, this is a great choice if you're here for the rugby, a couples' weekend (48 hours works well), or as a base while exploring further afield.
