We arrived at 1am in the morning after getting stuck in the snow (3 hours after our planned arrival), and the staff made sure they greeted us and showed us our room. The location is great. Reservation is very easy and the negative comments on reservation manager do not exist. Wifi can only be connected in Bar, and it seems does not work after 8pm.
