"The good: dog allowed, condo size, linens cleanThe bad, carpet stains/ worn out. Only 3 spoons, not a sharp knife, condo is well worn, nothing special or new. Chipped plates, not enough kitchen utensils, cups, hairdryer did not work (LL told us they are not required to have in working unless attached to wall). Balcony furniture terrible and uncomfortable. If you have a small dog, its ok place to stay."

"The house was very good value for the money since it was on the canal and had a pool. There were many things that didn't work quite right in the house or were broken and we did not appreciate all of the monetary threats if something else was broken, allegedly by us.We additionally did not appreciate a second contract and having our credit card on file. I would much rather have a fifteen hundred dollar security deposit out there. There was a lot of space for everyone and we loved that there were six bathrooms and the house was fairly clean. Once again it was a great value and we had a great time. "

"The house was great! It’s very cute and had everything we needed. The location is awesome, and we loved the accommodations. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for morning coffee and cooking. The house did smell of cigarettes a little bit, but once we got used to that, it was fine. We did notice that the sprinklers ran for a very long time at seemingly random times of the day and sprayed onto the driveway, so we got a little soaked trying to get in/out of the car. The couches and beds were comfortable, and the space in the house was great. Check-in and check-out was very easy. I would definitely recommend this house. "

"We love the location of the house and the neighborhood was really quiet. The house is very spacious and the bunk room on the 3rd floor would be perfect for kids. It could use a new mattress in the master and some blackout curtains. The street lights are very bright. Love that for security, not so much when sleeping. There wasn’t any toilet paper in 3 of the bathrooms when we arrived, but the owner was quick to respond and had some delivered within 30 mins. They even had some mini Krispy Kreme doughnuts sent with it. Some negatives were with games in the listing not being in the game room and the cleanliness. I don’t think that the owners were aware of the cleaning issues so I don’t hold that against them, but it needs to be addressed. I did let them know while we were staying so hopefully they got it handled. I just went and bought cleaning supplies and took care of it instead of having a cleaning crew come in while we were in the house. "
