This is a charming duplex, classified 3 ears GDF, located in the heart of the Perche Regional Park, in a former farmhouse closed. Hiking trails in the immediate vicinity including the GR 22 at mansion Courboyer Noce (61340) 2 km, as well as forests, lakes, recreation center, many opportunities for horse riding & hiking .... Separate entrance, terrace and private garden with barbecue without screw-screw, self shelter in closed property.
