"I was traveling with my grandson who is Autistic and had specifically asked for a room on the 1st floor. That was not honored. Had to call and ask for towels then I had to go get them. Building only has one elevator that was extremely slow."

"First room we were given appeared to already have a guest in it. TV was on, one of the beds was obviously being used. Food and beverage containers everywhere. Unflushed urine in the toilet. "

"Everything was typical Drury which means very good. I did tell management that the tub was slick under foot and my guess is all the tubs are slippery. AN ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN. I was told they had never heard that before so I do hope they’ll do something about my vigorous complaint."

"The hotel is older but has been updated. Has lots of parking. Our room smelled terrible but I think it was due to a pet problem by the previous occupant. The hotel was full, so they provided air freshener. We suggested they not rent that particular room until the odor was eliminated. They gave us extra points for our stay to compensate. That said, the young man working the evening shift at the front desk was very friendly and kind. "
