The cottage features a charming upside-down layout with stairs connecting each level. The ground floor includes three bedrooms — two steps lead to the first bedroom and another two steps up to the second & third . A flight of stairs takes you to the bright and spacious living room, with one additional step leading into the open-plan dining area and kitchen.
Parking in Britons Hill is free but can be a challenge in peak times as its a residential road and first come first served. However, the integrated garage is suitable for a small car (upto a VW Golf/Ford Focus/BMW x1 from experience) which you need to reverse into with care such is the proximity of the neighbour's boundary wall. You can leave the front garage door open and still lock the internal access door for security.
