Mousehole's harbour remains a working port, with fishing boats bobbing on the horizon and the harbour wall offering a peaceful spot for a seaside picnic. The village's cobbled lanes are lined with art galleries, boutique shops, and cafes, giving the area a creative, unhurried character. Lamorna Cove is accessible via the South West Coast Path for clifftop walks along dramatic coastline, and Newlyn village is 2 miles away with its own fishing harbour and galleries to explore.

The front door opens into a bright living room with two comfortable sofas, a Smart TV, and French windows that lead out to the courtyard. Local artwork and a floor lamp add character to the space. A separate dining room sits alongside, furnished with a large wooden table, bench seating, and a window seat – a wood burner makes this a particularly cosy room for evenings in. The kitchen is close by, fully equipped for self-catering. A steep staircase leads to the first floor, where the master bedroom features a stunning granite feature wall, large shuttered windows that fill the room with natural light, a king-size bed, and a love seat for two. The second bedroom has exposed granite walls and a super-king zip-and-link bed that can be configured as two singles. A family bathroom serves both bedrooms, with a freestanding slipper bath with claw feet, a separate rainfall shower, and WC.

A small courtyard with seating for two is shared with a cluster of neighbouring cottages. An outhouse accessible from the outside of the property houses a washing machine and mini freezer. The harbour beach is 75 metres away. No private parking is available; public car parks are located near the harbour.
