THE PROPERTY IS IN A GREAT LOCATION AND THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY. THE PROPERTY COULD USE SOME RENOVATIONS AND A GOOD DEEP CLEAN/POWER WASH. ASIDE FROM THAT I'D RECOMMEND FOR A SHORT STAY, GETAWAY.

We had a great experience at surf and sand. They had a Clean room, wonderful staff, bikes and kayaks! The breakfast was very good. The beds were very comfortable. It was close to everything we wanted to do.

We had a great stay here with our dog! The room was clean and the location is perfect to walk to restaurants and shops. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Pensacola Beach!

I stayed on 01/12 with my sister and my mom, I arrived around 5 pm and the night receptionist was incredible, very kind and very cheerful, unfortunately I didn't ask her name please let her know that our stay was much better thanks to her, the facilities are very clean and the breakfast was incredible, thank you very much to all those who work hard and tell them that they are doing amazing.
