It would be suitable for two families with up to 4 kids to share. It is not for those afraid of heights, being on the 17th floor. However the pools are nice, and it is right on the beach. Even with 2 parking passes we had to park at lot across street not good. A 3 bedroom condo have 3 parking passes if no room condo should pay for additional parking. The condo was nice but the mattresses in bunk bed room should be updated we had 2 guest who preferred sleeping on sofa instead.
