East Hill Coastal Cottage is situated in a family friendly area with lots of parks, restaurants, breweries, grocery stores, and locally owned shops. Take some time for yourself with this 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom home. This property has onsite amenities: kitchen with full size refrigerator, gas range, dishwasher, central air/heat, washer/dryer, pull out queen sleeper sofa, 55 inch Smart Roku TV and 40 inch Smart Roku TV in the master. High speed internet is provided. This property will comfortably accommodate 4 and up to 6 guests when utilizing the sleeper sofa. We stayed here while in town for a soccer tournament and it was exactly what we needed. The location was great. It was close to everything but still quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to relax after long days at the fields. Publix was in walking distance. We brought our dogs, and the small fenced yard was a huge plus. It gave them a safe space to get outside without any stress, which we really appreciated.The home itself was very clean and well-kept, and everything felt comfortable and easy during our stay. It’s close to Pensacola restaurants and Joe Patti’s fish market. Publix is 2 blocks away. And only a 10 minute drive to the beach. King bed is comfortable. Kitchen and bath are modernized.
