Clean, Spacious. Newly renovated Garden Home in the heart of Pensacola.

  • Located in the heart of Pensacola. Within minutes of Downtown, Cordova Mall, Hospitals, Colleges & NAS. A short 15-20 minute to Pensacola Beach. Great location for military and medical students. You will enjoy staying in our spacious 1450 sqft. Garden home w/new appliances and porcelain flooring. Garage parking. Soft, comfy clean bedding & towels I guarantee this will be the cleanest, most comfortable place.
    STEEP DRIVEWAY. There is a backyard, I do NOT advertise as an amenity, it is difficult to access.

    1 King - Bedroom 1
    1 Queen - Bedroom 2
    2 Twin XL - Bedroom 3.

    I have removed the full sized Bed & replaced w 2 Twin XL memory foam.
