The location was great, although I was a little disappointed that the construction was still ongoing across the street. Not so much for noise, as for the parking on the street. The workers parked right next to the beach path, so it was difficult for people, especially kids, to see oncoming cars when crossing the street. Understandably, that is not the fault of the rental. The house was clean, comfortable and well appointed. It also afforded amazing views from the balconies. There was plenty of room to spread out for our large group of 17\. The ice maker wasn't really working on the refrigerator, but it was not a problem to buy additional ice. The two dishwashers came in handy with so many people making food. Beach access is right across the street & just steps away! The beach was very quiet & so much less crowded than others we’ve visited in the area! We had 14 people & the pool/pool deck were a little small, but we loved the views & having the pool on the second floor! Warning to parents - there is a steep spiral staircase going down to the ground level from the pool deck, which was very stressful with our toddlers! We ended up having to use a patio table to block it, but having a gate there would be ideal! We wished there was hand soap in each bathroom, so plan on bringing/buying that, along with toilet paper, beach towels, laundry detergent, laundry soap, coffee filters, hair dryer, etc. as not much was provided - they did warn us ahead of time about most of this, so we came prepared. We had a couple electrical issues, but the management company was very responsive & got everything fixed almost immediately. They were also very accommodating with our check in/out! Has everything and more. Pool and beach access tremendous. The great responsiveness by Bri, the property manager was excellent.
