The barn has a large master bedroom on the second floor with a flat screen TV,en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe.on the ground floor is a large kids bedroom with two single beds,flat screen tv,en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. On the second floor is the open plan living area with a well-furnished kitchen and living room. A bio ethernol fire provides a real flame for a relaxing time in front of the tv,the property also has gas central heating. Outside the barn has its own private fenced garden including a seating area and BBQ. The hot tub is under cover with perfect views into the night sky, essential to help you relax after a hard day exploring the lakes and local area. The location could not be better for access to the National Parks. The M6 junction 38 is only 2 miles away and from there you can easily drive to the North Lakes and Keswick or Kendal and onto Windermere and Ambleside. Exceptionally clean with everything you need. Hot tub is great to relax in after a day out and about. Car is essential which we knew in advance. Kevin was very helpful and welcoming. The converted barn is a lovely place to stay as a romantic break or with children. Our stay was just adults but I'd definitely bring the kids to stay here with us. The hot tub is a nice way to relax and especially lovely at night so u get the sun setting and the lights out side on. The barn is spacious and we found the kitchen to have everything we need. The tvs in each room is a bonus. Kevin the owner was lovely to meet and came to see us when we arrived and explained how to use the hot tub and recommended places to go and visit.
