The AC worked well, hot water was always available, and the front desk consistently answered when needed. However, there were some major downsides. Because the hotel is on the beach, ants did get onto the bed, which was uncomfortable. The shower and toilet area also had windows with no covers, which felt awkward and lacking privacy. The food at the restaurants we tried was not good and extremely overpriced. One experience was especially disappointing — at the restaurant near the beach with the pool and mirror, I ordered a Sex on the Beach drink and found a fly in my cup. Despite this, the drink was still added to my bill. Overall, the hotel looks nice but the issues with cleanliness, privacy, and food quality made the stay less enjoyable. The staff, especially Kat and Steph were amazing and welcoming us like old friends. Cleaning crew put cute birthday decorations as a surprise. The beach club staff super quick and friendly. Great location with the walks to each of the opposite sides of the beach. We had all the places accessible to us by walking on the beach. Had a great time celebrating Delek’s Bday weekend with sick music and great people which was one of the highlights of our stay. I do have to say, they send out a note that it’s a loud location and there will be noise. Unfortunately, I underestimated it because the noise from all of the restaurants, hotels around was insane. Till 2am we had a sound party in our room every night. But we still had such a good time, even the noise didn’t ruin our stay, we just stayed up longer and slept in the morning. Note to the staff, please fix a hole in the roof as it was dripping when it rained and got onto our clothes and suitcase. Thanks for having us and we will definitely be back hopefully sooner than later.
