"Room was clean, comfy bed, great linens and towels plus super walk in shower. Rhys had been lovely on the phone making sure we had two adjacent rooms with a fabulous view. Hotel looks a bit tired but fabulous views and terrace - biggest issue is understaffed so breakfast was good and when you can find staff they are very helpful. Dinner service was so slow, not really up to standard as only one waitress trying to cope, but food was good."

"The breakfast was absolutely delightful. Every morning we looked forward to a tasty, freshly cooked meal. The bed was comfortable, and we were upgraded to a super king bed which was absolutely fantastic! Would highly recommend this hotel!"

"A big shout out to the staff which work here, very often you will stay somewhere and you’ll encounter 1 or 2 excellent staff with the rest just doing their job. This was not our experience at the Priory, every single member of staff acknowledged us with a friendly smile and an attentive attitude. We were a group of 4 and we all remarked how refreshing it was that we were welcomed and made to feel at home at the Priory. Keep up the good work and thank you."
