"Very peaceful sanctuary with incredibly attentive and helpful staff. The evening dinner while expensive was absolutely amazing! For us it was “WOW” food and plentiful. Actually the two of us could have shared one meal and walked away full! We ate breakfast there all 3 days and don’t regret it. Very convenient and fresh, locally sourced food."

"Hemos estado muy muy a gusto en casa de Victor, un anfitrion atento y dispuesto a ayudarte.Nada mas llegar Victor nos recibió y nos acompañó al alojamiento, nos lo enseñó por si queríamos alguna modificación de camas y nos informó de muchos sitios donde ir y planes que hacer.La casa está en un lugar maravilloso con un jardin al lado privado para Disfrutar de unas vistas inmejorables con bbq y pequeño parque, esto para mi ha sido lo mejor!!La casita está muy bien con una habitación en cada planta con baño en cada habitación que te da mucha privacidad. Las zonas comunes de la casa no son muy amplias pero para nuestro viaje perfecto, y con l zona exterior tampoco hemos necesitado mas.Muchas gracias por todo Victor! nos ha encantado tu pueblito y el espacio que hemos tenido para disfrutarlo!!!!"

"Great location for visiting Llanes. It's an easy walk for about five minutes to the centre of the town. Parking on the premises is good with an added bonus of some places being under a cover. Room was clean and good size with a massive terrace with sun lounges, table and chairs on. Good breakfast (€15 pp) with selection of hot food, cold cuts of cheeses and meat, yogurt, fruit and pastry etc. No noise any time of the day from inside or outside. There was a large fan in the room, but an air con would have been really great. Large bathroom with a shower; unfortunately no ventilation so it can get steamy."

"The hotel is in an amazing position “on the beach” with a good restaurant / bar and cafeteria both open lunchtime and evening. Our room had a sea view (we chose the first upgrade option) and was very spacious and comfortable. No aircon but we left the window open all night with the sound of the sea helping us sleep! The only downside is that the car park is in front of the hotel rather than behind so spoils the view a little at times but it’s free parking for hotel guests so that’s a bonus! Overall a very good stay 😎"
