"Baita dei Nonni" is a rustic 2-family house situated at an elevation of 950 meters above sea level, surrounded by trees in the hamlet of Bodone, near Gravedona in Peglio, Italy. This vacation rental offers a natural state property with a fenced, terraced garden and a meadow for shared use. It provides amenities such as a yard, Internet WiFi, parking, and an installment plan.  
  
Outdoors:  
The property boasts a natural state, fenced area with a terraced garden adorned with plants and a meadow, perfect for outdoor enjoyment.  
  
Other Information:  
Access to the house is via a 3 km long bumpy, steep, and narrow motor access road, with the final 250 meters being an unmade mountain road. There is a stepped path with 20 steps leading to the house. Parking is available at the house, approximately 20 meters away. Nearby amenities include a shop (3 km), a supermarket (8 km), and a restaurant (3 km).  
  
Distances and Attractions:  
The property is situated 8 km from the center of Gravedona, 60 km from the center of Como, and 61 km from the center of Lecco. It is also located 8 km away from the Lido di Gravedona pebble beach and an outdoor swimming pool. The nearest railway station is "Como," which is 60 km away.

Unit Layout  
You will stay in a 3-room house with a total area of 85 square meters spread over two levels. The house is suitable for accommodating 6 adults and 2 children. The furniture is practical and made of wood. On the ground level, there is a living/sleeping room with a bed, a double sofa bed, a folding bed, a dining table, satellite TV, and an electric heater. This room has an exit leading to the terrace. There is also an open kitchen equipped with 2 hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower and a toilet on this level. The upper floor is accessed via an exterior staircase and features a living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, satellite TV, and a heating stove. There is also a room with one double bed and one bunk bed (accommodating two people). A small open kitchen is available on this level, complete with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is a hip bath and a toilet on this floor as well. Please note that heating is not available in all rooms.  
  
Amenities Included  
The house offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation stay. There is a balcony, a partly roofed terrace, and a patio area. Outdoor furniture, including terrace furniture, balcony furniture, a barbecue, and 8 deck chairs, is provided for your convenience. The property boasts a marvelous view of the lake. Additionally, a washing machine, a children's high chair, and a baby cot are available for your use. Internet access (WiFi) is provided at an extra cost. Please note that the property is designated as a non-smoking area, and pets are allowed (up to 2 dogs).

The house features no internal connecting door between the floors, which means you need to use the exterior staircase to move between levels.
