"We are extremely disappointed with our stay. Upon being assigned our rooms, we opened the doors only to find that they were already occupied by other guests who were sleeping inside. This is completely unacceptable and reflects a serious failure in your management and room allocation process. We were then moved to different rooms that did not match what we had originally booked. However, given that it was already late at night, we had no other option but to accept them. This situation caused us significant discomfort and inconvenience, and it falls far below any reasonable standard of service."

It took 45 minutes to get a pizza from the restaurant and they forgot my order and had to remake it. The elevator was malfunctioning and a lot and there was on one for several guest. The room was stinky and it was damages on the floor and only like 3 towels. I will never stay there again."
