This 1,833 sf, single level home is updated and ready to become your new favorite repeat-vacation spot. Light and bright throughout and in colors of the seashore, Casa Azul welcomes visitors into a tranquil, restful space.
Located in the Country Club East area of the exclusive Pebble Beach community, the home is near world-class golf and restaurants, and a comfortable distance to all the attractions of the Monterey Peninsula and areas from Santa Cruz to Big Sur. The home is also within 2 hours from San Jose airport and about 3 hours from San Francisco airport.
The living area is comfortable and gracious, with a large plush sectional sofa, wood burning fireplace and HDTV.
Kitchen and Dining The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances including a four burner gas range. Small appliances like a blender and a drip coffeemaker / single cup coffeemaker combo make for a convenient morning experience. In addition to the formal dining room which seats 6+, there is a cozy breakfast nook in the kitchen with a glass top table that seats 4.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Bedroom #1 has a king bed, TV and an en suite bathroom with a standing shower. Bedroom #2 has a king bed. Bedroom #3 has a king bed and TV. The main hall bathroom is located near Bedrooms #2 and #3 and it has a shower-over-tub and dual vanity. The home also has a half-bath near the living areas.
Outside The back patio offers a table and chairs with a large shade umbrella and a propane grill. The yard is fenced. The front patio/courtyard offers additional seating and is a great space in which to gather. The two car garage is available for parking as well as uncovered off street parking in the driveway.
Well-behaved dogs under 50 lbs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum. Dogs should never be left alone anywhere on the property.
The stay is not inclusive of the $12.25 per car, per day Gate Fee to be paid directly to the community of Pebble Beach®. Ask us for details.

Beautiful setting and we enjoyed the easy access to hiking trails! Kitchen is THE BEST EQUIPPED KITCHEN we have ever encountered!!! We are especially grateful for the handwritten welcome note, bottle of local wine & cheese. Thank you for helping our family create beautiful memories in your home!!
Clean and comfortable. Good size front and back yard for the dog. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Great location to beaches and restaurants. Would stay here again.
We loved our stay at Casa Azul! The home was so well-maintained, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, easy access from the highway and close to the town of Monterey. The three bedrooms all had king sized beds and there was ample living space for our extended family. So happy we booked this home, and looking forward to another trip!
Very nice, comfortable, and the location worked out great for us. When we arrived, there was a deer across the street. Kitchen had everything we needed and more to prepare meals when we ate in. A little traffic noise during the day, quiet in the evenings and through the night. We would stay there again.
All the comforts of home and versatile enough for a beach house or winter cabin in the forest! VERY quiet and not to far from town!

This property was perfect for our family trip. The home was comfortable, spotless, in a great quiet neighborhood, and close to all attractions. We were able to get to the beach, Carmel, and Monterey within a few minutes. Hospitality was 5 star. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
This house was a great base for a family visit. It's incredibly clean, bright, and comfortable. The property delivers as advertised and the property managers go above and beyond to make sure.
Usually you run out of toilet paper and paper towels after day 2, and there's never any food storage options. This place was well stocked and had literally everything we needed for our family. My inlaws want to rent this same house when we visit family in the area, and recommend it to our extended family. We will be staying here again!

The house was nice and cozy. The rooms were large and having a king bed in each was super nice. Overall, great property.One point of confusion is that the 12.50 fee to enter Pebble Beach should not have applied if I were on the guest list for the property. Sanctuary states they can’t add us to the guest list, but the workers at the gate stated they should be able to and should reimburse us for the fee.

We appreciated the easy listening music with beautiful scenery in all the TV screens, upon our arrival.
We noticed there is a box with an artificial lighted Christmas tree in the garage, so if you wanted a holiday stay, looks like you'd even have a prelit Christmas tree!
We were coming to celebrate our son's wedding they got married at Garrapata Beach and the location was perfect!! The house was very well maintained and just as described on the VRBO site, the bed in the guestroom was so comfortable that we requested to know what brand of mattress pad was on the bed, and they were quick to find out for me. Lovely place would rent again!

Overall a great stay. Super clean. Kitchen was excellently stocked. Great location. We brought our bikes and rode around the neighborhood. 1 mile to the ocean / 17-mile drive. Very quiet. 7 minute drive to Pacific Grove. Only small nit, the 3rd bedroom advertises a TV in the picture, but there was no TV. Our kids just stay on their own electronics anyways, so it wasn't worth reporting. Everything else was great.

We loved our stay at Casa Azul! The house was incredibly clean, well stocked and comfortable for our family of four (plus our fur baby). We enjoyed exploring the Pebble Beach area and had fun playing with other dog friends at Moss Beach. We also had delicious meals with top-notch service at Hay's Place and Sticks. The house was a quick drive to Monterey and Carmel which was perfect. Overall, we had a wonderful week and can't wait to come back!
The property was exactly as described. It was clean and comfy! There was some confusion about needing a pass, but they had our name at the gates, and we were able to travel back and forth with no issues.
Management texted and was responsive to questions. They even called to check in!
The only thing I would suggest is that you bring games or something to do (puzzles) as there weren't any at the property.
We would definitely stay there again.
The house was great. Great area. Very clean and well equipment. Process was great
Only concern was that the water heat quit working on day 3 of our stay
However the next morning I noticed a flashing light on it I’m the garage and reset it so it started working again. Thank you!
