"La chambre était spacieuse, propre, lit confortable ; eau et machine à café + thé à disposition. Excellent accueil et même plus que ça : impeccable je dirais ; ainsi que pour notre sortie. Un petit bémol pas grave pour une nuit mais en u yeux pour un plus long séjour ; la chambre donnait à l’arrière dans une cour fermée par des immeubles qui avaient une vue imprenable sur l’hôtel ; donc impossible d’utiliser la chambre sans baisser le store."

"Séjour très agréable. Hôtel très bien situé pour profiter du centre historique de la ville à pied, proche des transports si on veut aller plus loin. Petit-déjeuner délicieux, copieux et avec beaucoup de choix. Confort, amabilité du personnel."

"Nous avons resté ici en décembre et j'adore cet hôtel ! The location is excellent and close to the bus station which makes coming and going from the airport or other cities super convenient. The hotel staff are fantastic and it's a beautiful and thoughtfully designed hotel. There are loads of complementary items and the room was huge & very clean. Check-in & out were both super efficient and friendly. I'd definitely stay here again when we return to Bilbao. The fact that they think about diversity and accessibility in design is huge too. Thanks for such a wonderful stay! Bilbao is a great city!"

"Alors je connaissais déjà cet hôtel, nous étions déjà venus, l'accueil avait été meilleur et des jolis attentions (chocolats, jeux coloriages pour notre fille avaient été au rdv), là nous sommes arrivés un 25 décembre aucune attention un peu déçue "
