« From the time we booked and all the way through our stay we had lots of questions and Christina was right there to answer them. We stayed during a blizzard so we couldn't be outside but we found plenty to do inside. Christina provided extra chairs and tables so we could play games. « We got an upgrade from a room with 2 queens on a main floor to a room upstairs with a king because the room with 2 queens was needed for someone unable to navigate the stairs. Luckily this wasn't an issue for us (a couple), but the staff didn't ask (though we've stayed there before so perhaps she recognized our names). The room smelled a bit of stale smoke which seemed to be coming from the ancient (but efficient) AC unit. Would be nice to have a nightstand (and outlet) on both sides of the bed...
