Litchfield Realestate keeps the place super clean, they’re accommodating, and very helpful. This is a wonderful “Old Litchfield Beach” property that has had nice upgrades which made the stay very pleasant (counter tops, etc). As with all older houses, it has had its wear which we found charming. I was concerned about earlier comments about carpet and the recent hurricane but found everything to be satisfactory.
