The garden is completely enclosed with breathtaking views of the countryside. The room can accommodate up to 4 people. The geographical location will allow you to discover, in addition to the riches of Paule and the center of Brittany, the Breton coast which is only 1H00 away.You will find in our house all the comforts for a good stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can relax in the sun in the garden, on the sun loungers provided. You can warm up in the evening by the fireplace or watch television by accessing your favorite platforms thanks to our connected TV. WIFI is included in the price of the accommodation.Of course, we provide you with all the tourist information about the territory and our beautiful Region, and we share our favourites. You can enjoy the Nantes to Brest canal by bike (3km), the lakes of Glomel and their activities less than 10 minutes from the house. The Lake of Guérlédan is accessible in 30 minutes and you will find all types of activities such as water skiing, jet skiing, pedal boats, towed buoys. The 50Kwatt of electricity/week is included in the price, a billing of additional kwatt will be requested if overconsumption (at the current Kwatt price).We provide you with 2 bikes to discover the surroundings and access the canal. A baby chair and a travel cot can be loaned if you request them in advance. We can provide you with sheets on request for 5 € / stay for 1 place beds and 10 € / stay for the 2 place bed as well as towels: 5 € / person.Cleaning fee on request: 40€
