- Ideally located 5 minutes walk from the heart of the city, this luxurious apartment of 92 m2 on the first floor of a bourgeois building will seduce you with its charm and comfort.
Close to all shops, the Beaumont park and the Boulevard des pyrénées.
With its beautiful volumes and old parquet floors, the apartment has a large entrance with vintage décor, a spacious living room, dining room, open kitchen fully equipped with all the equipment to prepare good dishes! Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine.
The rooms are spacious, hotel quality beds 160x200. Bed linen provided. Sufficient storage.
