"The staff and breakfast were great, however I was really disappointed with the room. It was small, tired looking and very noisy. The room needs to be refurbished and the noise came from the upper floor, the air conditioning units and the reception areas. Really disappointed with our stay and for what we paid it was not good value for money. We have stayed in many other Pousada’s in the area and would recommended these over this property. "

As concierge understood we were hoping for a different vive - they suggested we transfer to their sister hotel and we LOVED it Both Pedras and Casa Brasileira share: -The most amazing staff and customer service: everyone is kind, proactive- and not on your face. -High-end decor (each in their own style: one hip and cool; one warm “old fazenda” charm -perfect bed: soooo comfy -high end linens and plates and details you don’t even imagine. "The hotel is great to relax, enjoy the beach and the facilities. It seems to have been recently renovated with a lot of care for the public spaces. Plenty of living spaces full of plants. It's literally steps from a very calm beach too. All the staff is friendly. The only average thing was the "standard" room that faces the street and has a bit of a weird layout. Next time I'd stay in the superior rooms. "
