"Amazing central location, friendly hotel staff were so friendly and sorted out out balloon trip for us, they can book guests into all activities. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and a great view. We didn’t to use the rooftop pool but it looked gorgeous. We could park our hire car there too. We booked 3 deluxe rooms and each was quirky and beautifully decorated. The bathrooms were a little bit tired in places but fine for us. This hotel is exceptional value for money in an excellent location"

"This was our most anticipated stay as part of our first trip to Turkey and as a result really fell short of expectations. The property is cool and well located, staff are great (they were very kind and treated us well as it was our anniversary) and breakfast is a good spread. That said the property needs some care. For starters parts of the property were under construction and outside the property, caves were covered in scaffolding for upkeep. At no point were we informed of the construction, it was an eye sore and perhaps we wouldn’t have felt as blind-sided had we known. But given we were looking for a cave experience, there were plenty of other properties we could have considered had we known about construction. It was a let down, no one wants to be surrounded by scaffolding on holiday. Also, the pool area had no staff present after 8pm. "

"The hotel is on a hill overlooking the town but it’s only a 5 minute walk into town. The staff were so friendly and really made every effort to make our stay great. It’s a really fun vibe. The rooms feel like they are carved out of rock and it’s really pretty at night. We told them we wanted to just tour an underground city and she recommended we just drive there in our car and find a local guide to save us money. That worked out great and I really appreciated the advice. "

"We loved the Seki hotel! The staff was friendly, helpful, and so professional! We were fasting while on our trip, and though we couldn't have the breakfast (as it wasn't open during suhoor), the staff made sure to provide us with food. There was so much, and it was all delicious, that we didn't feel hungry at all during the day! "
