All on the water's edge with a view of an old mill.<br>Rated 4 stars.<br> Contribution Cleaning Costs 200 euros if no full week.<br><br>Swimming pool open from 1 June <br>For stays of less than 7 days, 150 euros cleaning fee is to be expected.<br>Please note 15 June to 14 September only booking for a minimum of 7 days a full week.

The property is well presented and is as shown in the photographs. It is clean and benefits from all items needed for the stay. It is located in a quiet area equidistant between Monpazier & Villareal, with little noise or distraction. There is room for parking 2 no. vehicles. The Letting Agent is helpful and based only a few miles away.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Proche de nombreux sites à visiter et la maison étant en même temps au milieu de la nature, nous avons pu de découvrir la région dans de très bonnes conditions. Sans hésitations et Avec plaisir, nous reviendrons dans ce gîte.

au grand calme

cottage très bien situé entre Monpazier et Villeréal. les chambres sont spacieuses très confortables. Excellent niveau d'équipement y compris pour tout ce qui est cuisine et repas; Le jardin est très agréable et fleuri. nous avons bcp profité de tous les environs.

Un petit coin super sympa !

Cette location est pratique, agréable à vivre et près de plusieurs bastides magnifiques. Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir à sillonner la région mais aussi à profiter des soirées sur la grande terrasse du haut ! La déco est simple et de bon goût et la literie est bonne. Un très bon séjour !
