It’s a good size for two families with young kids. The host had everything we needed. It was clean, check in was easy, and the beds are comfy. The AC worked great. The only issue is if you bring a boat and more then a couple vehicles parking can be tight. Also cell reception is not the best around the area so make sure you know where you are going.
