"Very nice onsen hotel and dog friendly. Japanese style room but has beds and comfortable chairs, spacious rooms with seperated shower, toilet and sink rooms. It is very clean and no smell at all (we dont have dog for the stay there). We booked the half board and the 10-course dinner and elegent breakfast were excellent. "豊橋駅直結で、本来は電車利用の方にとって 便利なホテルかと思います。今回は自家用車で 伺いました。 改善点の方が多く書いてしまいましたが 初めて宿泊する際の困りごとがほとんどです。 お部屋自体は清潔で快適です。 ◎部屋の遮音性には驚きました。高層階(12F)では ありましたが、隣や廊下はおろか、電車の音が 聞こえませんでした。 ○室内は清潔で問題無しです △部屋のアメニティは平均的。飲料水は部屋になく フロントから自ら持っていく必要があります 入浴剤が無いのは残念でした △駐車場が離れていて、結果的に宿泊者割引も無し。 1日に出し入れしても料金が変わらない、というのが メリットらしいのですが、日中は出かけ、この特典は 享受できませんでした。50mほど歩きまして、 雨風強い日でしたので少し残念でした。 △駐車場からチェックインに向かう時、看板がなく 階段を登るのか、一切わかりませんでした。 駅同様2階に行ってみて、入り口はありましたが 結局ロビーは1階、重い荷物を持って傘もさして いましたので残念でした。"
