Breakfast is held in the lobby. Yes it is included so I can’t really complain but it wasn’t great. Rooms are quiet They are typical Japanese hotel rooms. Dry small but functional. For the price you can’t beat it I suppose. Close to train station. It made for a very uncomfortable sleep. So much we left one day early & booked our airport hotel with much more comfortable accommodation. Otherwise everything else was reasonable.
