"Staff was very nice. Needs major updating. Bathroom had paint on floor that looked like blood and the entire hallway upstairs smelled like weed. We will pass on staying there again for sure."

"Room was very clean, air conditioning was excellent, shower was not the best but did ok the drain stopper didnt work for us to give my youngest a bath but we managed with the shower. Staff was super friendly and nice. Pool was very cold but was clean and my boys still loved it. Breakfast was great had a good variety of foods available and everything tasted good. Overall it was a great place and was nice. Would recommend"

"The lobby was under construction which was not relayed before booking. We were “locked” out of the side entrances as the door fob was not working. There is a corner in the bathroom of room 211 that had water damage and looked like it hadn’t had any attention. The room only had one small trash can, in the bathroom."

"Without a doubt, this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. When i first arrived there were 3 cop cars handling a 'situation' that went on for hours and required more police to arrive. There was visible fire damage to the outside. Next, the room was an absolute horror. The filthiest room I've ever seen. Stains on the walls galore, scrapes, missing chunks from the floor and doorframes. Dust everywhere and holes in the linen. Foul smelling microwave and the fire alarm was not even connected nor did it have batteries. Cockroaches and BED BUGS found in the room. When all this was brought to attention of the staff, they couldnt be bothered to apologize or care and offered us only a partial refund. Absolute insanity. "

" The staff was lovely but our room didn’t have conditioner and previous water was left in the champagne holder. We tried breakfast, biscuits and gravy, and my order was very cold/not edible. It was also very loud. "
