« Gary was very nice and helpful! I recommend contacting him for shuttle to and from the airport though since Google maps doesn't know how to find the house yet. I recommend coming here if you plan to stay for around a week since the sights are so pretty. My only critique is that I wish the bathtub was prepped for use but he wasn't expecting me to want to use it since we've entered the warmer season. »

« Très bien situé assez proche de l'aéroport à quelques minutes à pied d'un arrêt de bus qui va directement au centre ville. Plusieurs restaurants à proximité .A l'allure d'un motel avec ses coursives intérieures mais avec la sécurité d'un hôtel. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Chambres spacieuses bien équipées. Personnel aimable et très serviable. Merci encore pour le trajet jusqu'à l'aéroport ! »

« We liked everything about our stay....although we didn't take advantage of the breakfast, fitness center, or pool.....There is a bar on site(which would have been nice to have open longer, *but there is an Outback right next door to the hotel) We travel to Lansing yearly and we will definitely be staying here again. ***We even had an alert to take shelter for a tornado while we where staying here. The staff made sure to call all rooms for those who didn't receive the alert of their phones....

« The pool was cloudy, tyou couldn't even see the stairs to step into the pool.The ac in our room smelled like mold when it ran. The continental breakfast was not a thing even though the ementities said it was there and we even got the tickets for it upon ariving. We were not told where our room was, or wifi password if there was one. The odors in the hallway were horrible. And our room key only worked when it wanted to. It really did not make for a nice stay. »

« Check in took forever then we were assigned a room someone was already in .We had to go back down get another room after driving and being at the ball diamonds all day. Kids and adults were running up and down the halls yelling and slamming doors till 1:15am didn't get no sleep horrible experience. »

« I liked how clean it was but as far as price it could have been lower considering I saw a few roaches in my room and there was none of the things available that was offered like breakfast and everything else was closed ( pool, bar, lounge) no ice available no vending machines and they offered wifi and they had none and you won't know until you check in. But overall now that I know this I will still recommend it »

« There was no hot tub. The pull out couch was broken and the mattress was stained various disgusting colors. The AC didn't work. Staff was extremely friendly and as helpful as they could be. »

« Double Tree is usually a pretty safe choice for a quiet good nights sleep! I dinged a star overall as the bed we had was pretty "broken" down. If you were sleeping on one side or the other, you can feel the "slope" down to the middle, regardless if you are a side sleeper or back sleeper. Usually would not bother me - but now have some back issues and a decent bed is worth it's weight especially when traveling. This is a first at a Double Tree for me. Won't keep me from coming back. Though...
