"We loved this home and its location! The sound of the waterfall was so relaxing and peaceful! We loved having access to kayaking and fishing in the cove! The hosts were very helpful and easy to get in touch with when we had questions. We also rented the boat from them and it was perfect for our family! "

"The house and property is really comfortable and functional. The screened-in porch, decks and floating dock are true highlights.Note however, that the driveway and walkway are on a steep incline. It was tricky to pull in and out of with a boat/trailer. The only level spot is up at the road, but I parked the empty trailer on the driveway loop for security. The lower parking spot is close to the door and saved is from walking up and down to the loop. Shady, too.My 18 ft ski boat fit through the tunnel nicely. It has a 7 ft beam, 3ft draft and the folded bimini is about 7 or 8 feet above the waterline. The tunnel had 4 ft of water when we were here in early July 2025.I actually enjoyed the challenge and uniqueness of the tunnel passage. The reward is being on a secluded slough, away from noise and wakes. We put in at Duncan Bridge Marina for 10 each visit. Great ramp. Nice marina with a gas dock and super friendly staff.We had a fantastic vacation here and are likely to make a habit of it. "
