"Perfect location to explore Asbury Park sites. Staff were exceptional. Hotel was very clean and had a great vibe. I would definitely recommend staying here."

"Waited 2 hours past our check in time (4pm) for our room to be ready, weren’t given any heads up before we arrived. Was not offered any complimentary voucher for the trouble it caused. Room service was spotty and the service phone was not functioning. Regretful of my spa experience, was made to wait for rooms to be prepared and were not given any grace of additional time for the 90 minute period that was billed but not fulfilled."

"Stayed overnight after a concert at the Stone Pony. Walkable to venue. We had a lovely room with balcony overlooking boardwalk and ocean. Clean, friendly, limited parking but we were early enough to get a spot. Walkable to restaurants, boardwalk, beach, Stone Pony."

"Wasn’t happy we were on a floor where they were redoing the carpets, my daughter almost tripped as we were about to walk out of the elevator. The refrigerator never cooled off at all and the constant wind whistles through the windows was not a relaxing noise. The next door clock alarm went of around 5:30 and for some reason ours went off at 6. the hotel wasn't booked we should have been put on a floor that wasn’t having work done on it "

"Bob's place was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully appointed with basically every necessity you would want! Check-in communication was timely and simple. The location is close to just about everything Asbury Park has to offer. We're looking forward to returning!"
