The property is located in a very Quiet Area away from noise and disturbances where you can relax. In near proximity, you can find all important amenities you might need during your stay like supermarkets, pubs, bars, restaurants. The apartment is cosy, guest friendly, operational, it can easily accommodate up to four adults, and has a large private balcony where you can sit and enjoy your morning tea or that cold beer in the afternoon enjoying that amazing sea view. If you are an early bird, you can enjoy the sun rising while enjoying your morning coffee. All the rooms inside the property are equipped with an A/C. As you step inside the apartment, you will find an open living space that features two comfortable sofas, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, and large windows that let ample light come through and light the space. The apartment also has 2 bedrooms both with air conditioning. The master bedroom has a double bed a wardrobe, a small sofa. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a large wardrobe. The renovated bathroom features a shower with hot and cold water, a sink, and a toilet! Despite all these what makes this apartment special is its very large veranda with the bbq. The perfect place to have a tan during the sunny hours or enjoy the cool breeze in the afternoon enjoying the stunning sea view. Edible items (oil, salt, pepper) and cleaning products are not provided. We provide linen and towels based on the number of people that have booked the accommodation. PROPERTY GUEST AREA Within 24 hours of your booking you will receive the Guest Area link with all the important information about the property. We strongly suggest using the property app before your arrival as well as during your stay as it includes important information such as directions and address, parking, wifi codes, facilities, things to do, etc. Before you contact us with any questions during your stay please check first if you can’t find an answer in our guest area - most likely the answer will be there! EXTRA SERVICES & REQUESTS • If your reservation is 10 nights or longer, you can request an extra set of bed sheets and towels per guest at no charge. For reservations shorter than 10 nights, you can still request bed sheets and towels, but there will be an additional fee. Expect delivery within one day. Please note that to receive any items, you must request them from our staff or through the guest area. Guests are responsible for changing the bed sheets themselves as needed. • EXTRA Housekeeping Services, including daily services, are available on request at an additional cost. • Baby cots and high chairs can be provided for our little guests.
