« Es war leider nicht sauber, die Balkonmöbel, Wäscheständer kaputt/verrostet. Kein Schrank im Hauptschlafzimmer, stattdessen ein separates WC bei dem aussen der Türgriff fehlte. Dieser wurde sofort repariert, Wäscheständer ausgetauscht aber so darf eine Unterkunft einfach nicht aussehen. Geschirr zuwenig, kein Wasserdruck und in der Küche nur wenig warmes Wasser. Kommunikation mit der Agentur hat zwar funktioniert, war aber unpersönlich und nicht zielführend. Schade! »
