### VILLA ROuSA, traditional charm

If you are looking for a quiet ,traditional Cypriot house with open views , Villa Rousa has it all.  
The property is a two story house of total 85m2 with kitchen, toilet and leaving room in ground floor and two small bedrooms on the first floor.  
The house is in the Village close to everywhere you want to go on foot. The sea is 12 minutes drive to Polis Chrisohou, Latsi or you can go to Paphos in 30 minutes. Akamas also is very close where you can go to the famous Lara beach in 20 minutes drive. Many restaurants are close.
