#### Good location, not luxury and not clean

So the location is pretty good right at the harbour and close to the Unesco world heritage site. The apartment is on top of some shops, which is also fine. The entrance is through the back courtyard and pretty messy and dirty .. not what I would call luxury, but would be ok for "non-luxury". There is no parking although they stated that up front .. just strange that the courtyard is full of cars and other apartments cannpark there. No parking means you put your car in the harbor "free car park" and lo and behold both our wing mirrors were stolen. Anyway, the door to the apartment was really "stuck"and someone had to come ahowus how to open it. Clearly it had been forcefully opened in the past as the door frame was bent. The apartment itself is quite small, wasn't really clean, the couch was really quite wrecked and I would hate for anyone to sleep on it. The balcony was covered in bird dropings and the table and chairs were really dirty. the bathrooms both get really wet as no shower curtains... reaulting in the doors being moldy. I would not recommend anyone staying here if they expect luxury and definitely not if you have a car.
