The property's unique location is ideal for clients that enjoy seaside walks. Amenities and the beach are conveniently located within walking distance. The access to the villa is via a slightly inclined private road, which borders the fruit orchard. The villa's accommodation is suitably spread on one level, with large outside terraces providing beautiful views and the perfect spot for relaxation under the pleasant Cyprus sun whilst admiring the stunning views. Upon entering the property you will find the elegant open plan living area, dining and kitchen. The living area is airy and bright due to the large arched windows, that offer amazing sea views. It is nicely furnished with comfortable sofas and rattan style coffee table. For your entertainment there is an internet TV and wireless internet connection. The adjacent modern kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The dining area offers a table with seating for 6 guests. The doors from the kitchen area lead directly to a fully furnished outside terrace. A small hallway from the dining area leads to the villas' bedrooms. All of the bedrooms are cheerfully decorated in pastel colours and the arched windows grant beautiful sea and mountain views. The master bedroom is a double bedroom, featuring modern en-suite shower room and built-in wardrobes. The balcony doors lead to the outside sea view terrace. The middle bedroom is a twin bedroom, ideal for children. The remaining bedroom is a double bedroom, with ample wardrobe space and balcony doors leading to the outside terrace. A modern family bathroom is conveniently located in between the twin and double bedroom. There is a utility section with washing machine and tumble dryer within the bathroom. The villa is equipped throughout with air conditioning units for cooling and heating. Central heating is also available in cooler months. A baby cot and highchair can be provided upon request. A generous outside space features a large private swimming pool with walk in steps. The terrace is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas as well as relaxing chairs, perfect to enjoy your drinks while soaking up the spectacular views. The dining table and built in barbecue make this area ideal for al fresco meal preparation and dining. Lovely property, up a slight hill with great view of the sea. Everything went well - check in, fridge full of useful things, everywhere clean, bed comfortable, aircon that works correctly. Lovely area, good restaurants all around. Check out also easy.Communication was always easy, the wifi good. The Villa was a 15 minute walk to Latchi Harbour with a good selection of bars and restaurants. We choose this Villa for its location and the private pool which was maintained with early morning visit to check chemicals etc. There is plenty of outside space to relax and catch the sun at all times of the day. Our only observation is the pool has no safety fence around it, which maybe a concern if travelling with young children. ##### Debbie S. Séjour de 10 nuits en septembre 2019 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Carsten S. 29 nov. 2018 #### Traumvilla mit wunderbarem Blick über Meer und Berge Moderne, bestens ausgestattete Villa in traumhafter Lage. 6 Personen können hier locker einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbringen. Riesige Terrasse mit 360 Grad-Blick auf Meer und Berge. Das Wasser im Pool war im November schon etwas kalt für ein genussvolles Bad, dafür waren aber die Früchte im hauseigenen Garten reif und durften geerntet werden. Bei der Ankunft stand schon eine Auswahl im Wohnzimmer bereit. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, inkl. großer Küche mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Sehr freundliche Begrüßung und Verabschiedung vom Chef persönlich. Wer etwas Besonderes für seine Tage in Polis sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. ##### Carsten S. Séjour de 7 nuits en novembre 2018
